Exhibit Space Design Notification Deadline to Receive: September 9 In order to minimize issues on-site with compliance of the Exhibit Display Regulations, exhibitors having 400 sq. ft. or more
of exhibit space MUST submit the Exhibit Space Design Notification. This application requires each exhibitor to detail the elements of the booth, including the dimensions,
such as length, width and height. Included in the online form is the capability to attach photos, a rendering or a hand drawing of the booth, or schematics from the booth’s designers,
which will simplify the need to detail in writing any specific booth elements.
Show Management will use its best efforts to provide each exhibitor with an e-mail approving or disapproving the booth design within 5 business days of submitting the Exhibit Space Design Notification.
All multilevel (double-deck) booths
must provide a copy of the
architect/engineering drawing that
has a stamp of approval from a
certified structural engineer at least 60 days before the Show.
Exhibitors must complete the Exhibit Space Design Notification even if you submitted the rendering and information for past Shows.
See the Exhibit Display Regulations and Exhibitor Rules & Regulations
for more information for multi-level, covered and enclosed exhibits.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Exhibits with upper decks, covered or roofed areas exceeding 300 sq. ft. in
size require the installation of battery-operated smoke detectors.
