An Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor, also known as EAC, is a third party contractor performing services in an exhibitor’s exhibit space.

Contractors subject to the EAC Rules are any companies and/or individuals that provide services to SEMA exhibitors, including, but not limited to, an installation and dismantling company; exhibit builder; sound and lighting company; production or promotion company; model or hostess service; florist; computer rental, detailer or any person or company providing direct services other than the official contractors listed in Exhibitor Services on SEMAshow.com. Without EAC application and proof of insurance, EAC will be denied access to show floor. EAC’s must conform to the EAC Rules of the SEMA Show, Westgate Hotel, and the Las Vegas Convention Center & Visitors Authority and complete the information below.

Wristband Requirements

Wristbands must be picked up Outside the Show Office – C102 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Indicate the number of Daily Wristband Requirements
Each person will have to be verified as an employee of EAC.

Indicate Exhibiting Companies and Booth # EAC will be working for.
