Members Lounge Meeting Room Request

SEMA Business Members receive complimentary meeting space available in three SEMA Members Lounges (North, West and South). Available exclusively to SEMA Business Members, TIA and SCRS members with the exception of non-exhibiting manufacturers (NEM) or companies otherwise qualified to exhibit at the SEMA Show.

Rooms can accommodate up to ten people for a maximum of one hour at a time. Rooms can only be reserved for two nonconsecutive one-hour time slots per day, per company, meetings will start and end on the hour.

While dependent on availability, meetings rooms may be requested onsite. Please visit any one of the three Member Lounges to check availability.
