SEMA Show Promotion/Contest Rules
The SEMA Show is open only to members of the automotive trade and is not open to the general public.
Exhibitors who want to use their SEMA Show participation to increase their brand awareness through marketing promotions/contests that result in SEMA Show
attendance for their customers, must follow these rules:
- Exhibitors must receive written approval from SEMA and/or ConvExx Show Management before promoting any program.
- Non-exhibiting manufacturers are not permitted to conduct any promotion that includes attendance to the SEMA Show.
- The promotion must clearly state that the SEMA Show is a trade-only event and is not open to the general public.
- Exhibitor is not permitted to order ‘exhibitor’ badges for any non-employees, including winners of the contests.
- Exhibitors must purchase badges for their contest winners through SEMA for $25 each. There is a limit of 5 badges for non-trade winners. There is no limit to the number of winners from the trade.
- Winner badges only provide access to the SEMA Show during exhibit hours on Tuesday through Friday, November 1-4, 2011.
