Meeting/Function Space Reservation

Reserve function space today for your sales meeting, conference, private meeting or reception. All SEMA Show exhibitors are invited to hold functions at the Las Vegas Convention Center or Westgate Hotel. Use this form to request space.

If you are planning an activity in your booth or a parking lot, pre-show or after hours, complete the Booth Event form.

Exhibitors will not be permitted to host buyers, sponsor, promote or conduct any activity or event during the SEMA Show exhibit hours:

Tuesday, November 4 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, November 5 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday, November 6 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday, November 7 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Meetings on Show Days (Tuesday-Friday) are limited to 2 hours prior to show hours and 2 hours after show hours or during lunch. Meetings can be booked at the LVCC (no charge for meeting space) or the Westgate (minimal charge for meeting space based on food and beverage order). The exhibitor will work directly with the caterer and A/V company on orders and costs. We may ask for additional information such as layout, intended audience, etc. for the approval process.

After your event has been approved, we will send you the details of your final reservation along with the contacts you will need to plan your event (including food and beverage, and audio visual). All costs associated with the function are the responsibility of the sponsoring company.

Changes or Cancellations must be submitted in writing by October 17, 2025. Cancellation fees for meetings held at the Westgate Hotel are based on hotel policy.

NOTE: While every attempt will be made to hold your meeting in the room originally assigned, Show Management reserves the right to move your meeting room at any time to accommodate Show activities.

Meeting/Function Information

Reserve a meeting room at the following location: (Indicate your 1st and 2nd choice)

Both LVCC and Westgate will provide tables & chairs for your event/meeting. If your event is held at Westgate, there will be an additional charge for podiums. As the exhibitor, you are responsible for contacting tradeshow partners for all catering, linen, audio visual, & Wifi needs. If you are hosting a reception at LVCC, you will need to order cocktail tables through Freeman. Provider contacts will be provided once the event is approved.
